At Fraganta, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India.
Shipping & Delivery
We have partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics provider, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days from the date of order.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1500 within India.

A standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1500.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner or from your Fraganta account.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order may be returned to Fraganta.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Coverage
Currently, Fraganta ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
