SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Fraganta, we strive to deliver your orders promptly, safely, and efficiently. We have partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics provider, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of placing the order. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro cities: 2-5 business days

• Other locations: 5-8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on external factors, including weather conditions, delivery partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Fraganta offers free shipping on orders above INR 1500 within India. For orders below INR 1500, a standard shipping charge of INR 100 applies.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on the Shiprocket website or directly through your Fraganta account.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case of unsuccessful delivery after three attempts, the order will be returned to Fraganta.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@fraganta.com. Ensure you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos of the damaged or incorrect product, for us to resolve the issue swiftly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Fraganta ships exclusively within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery services internationally in the future.
